The liquid silicone feeder connects to both Component A and Component B. For colored products, the color masterbatch is preloaded into the color paste pump, ready for precise dosing.

1.Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) consists of two main components:
** Component A: Silicone polymers, fillers, and stabilizers.
** Component B: Cross-linking agents, catalysts, and additives.
2.Liquid silicone rubber injection molding machine consists of feeder unit and liquid silicone injection unit.

Second Step: Mixing Compounds (Including Color Masterbatch)

Components A and B are extracted in precise proportions by the liquid silicone feeder and mixed thoroughly at the front end of the injection screw. For colored products, the color masterbatch is pumped in simultaneously, blending with the LSR mixture to ensure uniform color distribution. This mixing process ensures a consistent material blend for high-quality injection.

Third Step:Mold Filling and Curing Processing
The closed-system mixed compounds are injected into a mold cavity by screw under high pressure.Heat, Mold pressure and the catalyst initiate the cross-linking agent reacts with the mixed silicone polymer, converting the silicone from liquid to solid and forming final molded products in mold cavitity with a cross-linked structure.This enhances the strength and stability of the material. Once cured, the finished molded product is ejected from the mold, ready for use.
